๐ Services (Beauty & Appointments)
- All beauty services (makeup, nail art, facials, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us immediately so we can try to resolve the issue.
- Advance payments for bookings are non-refundable but may be adjusted for rescheduling (subject to availability).
๐ Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of advance payment.
๐ Products (If Purchased from Shop)
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- Return request must be made within 2โ3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging

- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days via the original payment method.
